What to do when a phone doesn't react to the tap, when the contact is saved without a photo or when the card gets damaged.

The phone doesn't react to the tap
- On iPhone XS and newer, just bring the top of the phone close to the card, with no app.
- On most Android phones, contactless (tap) reading must be switched on in the connection settings.
- On other phones, use the QR code printed on the card: just point the camera at it.
The contact was saved without a photo
On some phones, the photo may not be kept in the saved contact. The other details are still saved, and the photo is still visible on your page.
The details are out of date
Send us the change by WhatsApp or email. We update the page at no extra cost and the card keeps working, with nothing to reprint.
The card is damaged or lost
Ask us for a new card. It links to the same page, so your details and your link stay the same.
