The problem
A paper stamp card works, until it's forgotten in another coat or ends up in the bin. Worse, you don't know who your regulars are, how often they come back or how many rewards were actually used. And some people stamp their own cards at home.
The solution
The card lives on the customer's phone and your staff stamp every visit in seconds. When the card is full, the reward becomes available automatically.
How it works
For example: buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free. We set up the card with your business name.
One tap on the plate or one QR scan and the card is saved on their phone, no app needed.
At each purchase, the customer shows the card and your staff give the stamp: they type the PIN on the customer's phone or scan the card's QR.
When the card is complete, the reward appears on their phone, ready to use.

FAQ
No. The card opens in the browser and can sit on the phone's home screen. Customers just tap the plate or scan the QR code.
iPhone XS and newer read NFC without an app; iPhone 7 to X use the reader in Control Centre. Most Android phones read NFC as long as it's switched on. Any phone with a camera can use the QR code.
Every stamp is confirmed by your staff at the moment of purchase and logged. So there's no way to collect stamps without coming to the counter.
Only the name (email and phone are optional) and the record of stamps and rewards. Data is handled in line with GDPR and is never shared with third parties for advertising.
Yes. The plan is monthly with no minimum term. We recommend giving customers notice so they can use any rewards they've already earned.
The card and plate are usually ready within a few working days once we've agreed the rule together. We confirm exact timing during the demo.
