How it works
Place the order on the site and answer a few questions about your business and products. If needed, we book a 20-minute call.
We confirm the platform, payments, shipping, timeline and final price in writing. Once you accept (50% upfront), we send the product spreadsheet and the list of what we need.
We start from your sector's template, upload the products and show you the shop on a private link, with test payments. Two rounds of changes are included.
We connect the domain, place a real test order, run the training session and stay with you on the monthly plan.

Maintenance with no lock-in, cancel with 30 days' notice. With Shopify, you pay the platform's monthly fee straight to Shopify. On our own platform, hosting is included.
FAQ
From €750 + VAT, once, with up to 50 products uploaded. After that, €19 + VAT a month and 3% of each sale made in the shop, with no lock-in: we only earn more when your shop sells. Payment provider fees are separate (for example, about 1 to 1.5% on MB WAY and about €0.30 to €0.50 per Multibanco reference with Portuguese providers), plus the platform fee if you use Shopify.
Usually Shopify: it's reliable and lets you manage products yourself. For small catalogues we can build the shop on our own platform, with no third-party monthly fee. If you already use WordPress, we work with WooCommerce. We agree this with you in the proposal.
Yes, in Portugal every sale needs an invoice from certified software. We can connect the shop to Moloni or InvoiceXpress so invoices are issued automatically (a €120 option).
We set up rates by zone and weight, free shipping above a set amount and in-store pickup. You ship with CTT or the carrier of your choice. Automatic label generation is available as an option.
Company details, prices with VAT, pre-contract information, the 14-day right of withdrawal, the alternative dispute resolution body, the electronic complaints book, cookies and privacy. We prepare the structure and templates. The final wording should be checked by you or your accountant or lawyer.
We upload 25 more products for €50 + VAT, from the spreadsheet we send you. You can also add them yourself after the training.
15 to 20 working days after we have the products, photos and an approved payment account. Account approval depends on the payment provider and can take a few days.
In two parts: 50% when you accept the proposal and 50% before the shop opens. There is no payment on the site: we send you the proposal with the final price first.
