Troubleshooting the NFC digital menu
What to do when a plate doesn't open the menu.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The phone doesn't react to the tap | Check NFC is on (Android) and hold the top of the phone against the centre of the plate. Or scan the QR code. |
| It opens the profile, not the menu | The highlight or playlist may have been deleted or renamed. Send us the new link. |
| The playlist is empty or private | On YouTube, check that the playlist and its videos are public. |
| The plate doesn't work on metal | Swap the sticker for the round table base. |
| Prices are out of date | Update the stories or videos: the plate always shows what's published. |
